A: No! Our terms of service allow you to cancel at any time with no further obligation, so there’s absolutely no risk of being locked in.
Q: How long does it take to get set-up?
A: It typically takes about 10-14 days to get your site up and running once your logo and site photos are ready. Sites that are more complex can take a little longer depending on the project requirements.
Q: Are there any commissions or per-order fees with online ordering?
A: No! We let you cut-out the middlemen like GrubHub, so you can keep 100% of the revenue from orders placed on your website. The money goes straight into your bank account! And you won’t be sharing your customers’ email addresses with GrubHub, so they won’t be able to make those email addresses available to your competitors.
Q: How will my restaurant receive the online orders?
A: Online orders can be sent to the restaurant via email, fax, website portal, and web connected printer. A notification phone call can also be made to let the restaurant know that an order has been placed and is ready to be filled.
Q: Are there any cover charges or reservation fees with online table reservations?
A: No! We let you cut-out the middlemen so you don’t have to pay any cover charges or reservation fees to OpenTable or other reservation services. And with our reservation system, you won’t be sharing your customers’ email addresses with OpenTable, so they won’t be able to make those email addresses available to your competitors.
Q: Will I have access to my customers email addresses and contact information?
A: Yes! Unlike with GrubHub and OpenTable, you’ll have full access to your customers’ contact information that is captured when an Online Order or Table Reservation is placed on your website. This is incredibly valuable for promotions and re-marketing to your customers to build repeat business and to generate more sales.
Q: Can I set-up promotions and coupon codes with the online ordering?
A: Yes! You can create up to twelve promotions and coupon codes, and our system will automatically keep track of the number of redemptions so you can track the effectiveness of each promotion.
Q: Can I accept credit card payments with online ordering?
A: Yes! We can set-up your online order system so that you can accept all major credit cards online and have the funds deposited directly into your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Q: Why is having a mobile-ready website necessary?
A: Having a mobile-ready site is essential in this day and age because so many people are using their cell phones for local searches.
